NB. - The discounted "2 or more" price is only available if 2 or more of that product are being ordered from the same image. If you are ordering single items from multiple images then the full price is payable.

NB. - Postage and packing costs listed are for delivery to a UK address only. If you require delivery to a different country please contact us.

How to Order

We can accept your artwork either as electronic images or as paper artwork. Payment can be made either by cheque or by card over the phone. Regrettably at this time we are unable to accept payment on-line.

If you have only electronic images we suggest that you use the online order form below. But please remember to arrange payment after you have submitted your order.

If you have any paper artwork you wish to have product made from it will be best if you complete your order via post. Please see the "Order by Post" instructions at the bottom of the page. If you are ordering TicketCoasters it is again advisable to complete your order via post.

NB. - Please note it may be necessary to crop artwork to fit products ordered and that some areas of the artwork may not appear on the finished product. Also many products are hand made/finished or feature rounded corners; this too can lead to a slight loss around the edges and corners of the artwork.

You can use this form to upload electronic artwork and to submit your order details. Please complete all fields marked *

Please note that the maximum file size that this form will allow is 2.5Mb and that only JPEG, TIFF PDF & EPS formats will be accepted. Image files of any other type or greater size will be automatically rejected by our servers.

Currently the form is limited to 3 images and a maximum of 4 products per image.

Order by Post

Firstly please download the order form (PDF 104kb).

  1. List each photo/picture and the products you would like to have made from it, then fill in the quantities of each that you require.
  2. For each row look up the unit cost of the product required - If you only want one of that product then use the 'Single Item' price; if you are ordering more than one from the same picture use the '2 or More' price (if there is one).
  3. Please label each photograph, lightly, on the back, in pencil, with the name you have used to refer to it on the order form. If you are also sending artwork on disk please make sure it is clear which file you are referring to on the order form.
  4. Work out the total cost of your order including P & P. Please either send a cheque with your completed order form or contact us by phone to arrange card payment.

NB. - Please be careful how you pack your photographs & tickets; we recommend that you send them in a rigid envelope. Please do not clip, staple or fold them as any marks will appear on the finished products.
